The Haus of H exists because the systems meant to support us were never built for us. So we are building new ones. Each retreat, each program, each gathering is a working prototype of the long-term home we are putting on the ground.
Project Pandora
A three-phase plan, built to last a century.
Elder Care & Wellness
A new standard for queer aging. A high-end residential environment and a public-facing wellness institute opens the campus and anchors the system in care.
Communal Living
Intergenerational queer adults 30+ integrate into the same site. Shared kitchens, workspaces, residences, and a permaculture initiative with a public-facing farmer's market.
Retreat Center
Programming, retreats, and educational gatherings complete the campus. The funding engine for the system. The room where the Haus invites the world in.

Meet the Founder
“Everyone is born good and is doing the best they can with the experiences that shaped them.”
Juno (they/he) is a queer mystic, community weaver, and trauma-informed facilitator. With a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University-Newark and two decades of experience in hospitality, they bring clinical awareness, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of human experience to everything the Haus builds.
Their work bridges the mystical and the practical, the past and the future, the self and the collective. The Haus of H is the architecture for that bridge.
